Terms of Service

By accessing or using CheapBareMetal VM rental services at www.cheapbaremetal.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

CheapBareMetal provides time-limited access to enterprise virtual machines hosted in our dedicated datacenter. Rentals are available in 1-week, 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day durations for evaluation purposes.

2. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Charges are made at the time of order. Prices are listed in USD and include all infrastructure costs. There are no hidden fees, data transfer charges, or setup fees.

3. Acceptable Use

VMs may only be used for lawful evaluation and testing purposes. You may not:

• Use VMs to conduct attacks on other networks or systems
• Host illegal content or conduct fraudulent activities
• Attempt to access other customers' resources
• Resell or sublease access without written permission

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you experience technical issues preventing access in the first 24 hours that we cannot resolve, we will issue a full refund. No refunds are issued after 24 hours of confirmed access.

5. Uptime SLA

CheapBareMetal commits to 99.9% monthly uptime. If uptime falls below this threshold due to issues within our control, affected customers will receive a pro-rated extension of their rental period. See our SLA for full details.

6. Data & Privacy

All VM data is securely wiped at the end of each rental period. CheapBareMetal does not retain customer VM data after deprovisioning. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal data handling.

7. Limitation of Liability

CheapBareMetal liability is limited to the amount paid for the current rental period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
